1: Request
Send us your request, and we will contact the hotel(s) for availability and the best prices. We work with a select number of hotels that provide us with exclusive deals at lower rates than available online.

2: Proposal
We will send an overview with up to three hotel options. This will include prices, room types, as well as additional services like breakfast, taxes, parking, early check-in and late check-out, upgrades, and cancellation policies.

3: Confirmation
Once we confirm the suitable hotel, we will prepare a room list and send it to our hotel partner(s). You will have direct access to this list, and we will track all the bookings with their respective confirmation numbers. Any changes can be made through this list, making communication simple, clear, and organized.

4: Finalization
After hotel check-out, we ensure the invoice is carefully reviewed and everything is in order following any changes. Boy Agency works free of charge for clients as it receives commission from the hotels.
